2. Products and Made-to-Order Manufacturing

All products sold on this website are printed and assembled to order. We do not hold finished inventory.

  • We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or phone screen displays colors accurately.
  • Slight variations in print placement, color shade, and garment measurements are inherent to the printing process and are not considered defects. Print placement may vary by up to 1 inch (2.5 cm).
  • Product measurements listed in size charts are approximate and may vary by up to 1 inch (2.5 cm).
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, to discontinue any product at any time, and to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

3. Trademarks and Fan Merchandise

Rally Thread designs and sells independently created fan apparel. Unless expressly stated on a product page, our products are not officially licensed, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league, team, university, athletic association, musical artist, record label, or other rights holder.

All team names, university names, artist names, and similar references appearing on this site are used descriptively to indicate the subject matter of a fan design. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners.

If you are a rights holder and believe that content on this site infringes your intellectual property, please contact us at support@rallythread.shop with a description of the work, the specific product URL, and your contact information. We investigate and act on all good-faith notices promptly.

4. Pricing and Billing

  • All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including errors that appear after you have submitted an order. If a product's correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before shipping and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
